Can I spend the collected money at multiple partners?
Yes, you are completely free to use the money of your gift voucher to buy from one or multiple different gift partners. Just fill in the amount of money you would like to spend at each partner, fill in your personal data and request your voucher. You can then use this voucher to buy products from the online or physical store of the gift partner of your choice. You can keep doing this until all the money from your Kadonation gift card has been spent.
How long do I have to spend the Kadonation gift voucher?
The validity of your Kadonation gift voucher is always clearly stated on the gift voucher itself. Look carefully at the card or PDF that you have received to know the expiration date.
Can I exchange the gift card for money?
No, you cannot transfer the money to a bank account. You can choose to exchange the value of your Kadonation gift card for one or more of our gift partners.
Can I spend multiple Kadonation gift cards at the same partner?
Yes, you can combine multiple Kadonation gift cards and exchange them for more than one gift voucher from one specific partner. However, do remember to read the terms and conditions of the gift partner of your choice to make sure multiple gift vouchers can be used during a single purchase.
Where can I see the balance of my gift card?
As soon as you've filled in your Kadonation gift card code on our website, your gift voucher will be added to the “Recently received gift vouchers” tab. You can now check your gift voucher balance at any time.
