Threatment for my diseas

Hi everyone,

My name is jeremy and i am sick i have a chronic deseas and cant go to work and i dont have a lot of money to afford a hospital because its to expensive where i live

I hope i can reach a goal of 1000euro for my threatment for my diseas :/
